STAR IMAGING AND PATH LAB is a double decade old dream realized of eminent veteran, Dr. R.A.Gupta, who envisioned the provision of quality and reliable diagnostic and diagnostic imaging services at an affordable cost. Since incorporation, STAR IMAGING AND PATH LAB has focused all it’s goals towards the attainment & benchmarking best Industry Standards.

STAR IMAGING AND PATH LAB is currently spearheaded by Pawan Gupta, who has excelled himself in the provision of medical diagnostics, under the mentorship of his father Dr. R.A.Gupta. The facilities have been designed to improve performance parameters with faster turnaround time, while keeping an uncompromising focus at cost-efficient high-quality.

Founder & Chairman

Star Imaging Path Lab Limited (formerly known as Star Imaging & Path Lab Pvt. Ltd.) was established in 1978 under the name Janta X-Ray Clinic by Dr. R.A. Gupta with a vision to provide comprehensive diagnostic services to the vast population of West, North, and Outer Delhi. His mission was to make world-class, modern diagnostic facilities accessible to the common man, offering precise diagnosis in both Radiology and Pathology. Dr. R.A. Gupta, a true visionary, has led the company through remarkable growth over the past 46 years. Continuous advancements in technology and infrastructure have solidified Star Imaging Path Lab Limited as a key player in the diagnostic services industry.

Managing Director & CEO

In 2004, the company established a new unit under the name Star Imaging & Path Lab Ltd., located at 4B/4, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018, to provide complete diagnostic facilities and solutions under one roof. Mr. Pawan Gupta, Managing Director of Star Imaging & Path Lab Limited, aims to bring world-class and modern facilities within the reach of the common man in the fields of Radiology, Pathology, Cardiology, Neurology and Oncology. According to Managing Director Mr. Pawan Gupta, "We strive not only to become the "BIGGEST" but to remain the "BEST" and most trusted brand, which continues to be our top priority."

Executive Director & Whole Time Director

Dr. Sameer Bhati, Director of Star Imaging & Path Lab and Janta X-Ray Clinic, is a dedicated healthcare leader and advocate for preventive health. He founded Staredu Education & Training Institute and Star Wellness & Care Foundation and launched the "Star Healthy India Mission" to promote holistic and accessible healthcare. A recognized Corona Warrior during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Bhati played a pivotal role in testing, training, and vaccination awareness. He is a member of the Food Corporation of India's Consultative Committee for Delhi and holds a Doctoral Degree in Healthcare. His numerous accolades include the Bharat Gaurav Award, Global Inspirational Award, and recognition by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.

Independent Director

Dr. Vimal Gupta, a distinguished healthcare professional, holds an MBBS from the University of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, and an MD from AIIHPH, University of Calcutta. With over four decades of experience, he has served as Director of Abyss Pharma Pvt. Ltd., leading business development, product innovation, and operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing. He also dedicates time to free medical practice by appointment. As the Chief Quality Officer at Janta X-Ray Clinic, Dr. Gupta ensures compliance with stringent quality standards, leading teams through NABL and NABH inspections for Star Imaging & Path Labs Ltd. He previously served as a Senior Resident in Community Medicine at Lady Hardinge Medical College and owned a private medical practice. A certified expert in Quality Systems Management, Dr. Gupta continues to combine his medical expertise with entrepreneurial leadership to advance healthcare services.

Independent Director

Dr. Yogesh K. Virmani, a graduate of Govt. Dental College & Hospital, Amritsar, has been practicing dentistry since 1978. A former member of the Dental Council of India, he currently serves as the Secretary General of the International College of Dentists (India, Sri Lanka & Nepal Section) and President of the IDA North Delhi Branch. Renowned for his expertise in restorative dentistry, Dr. Virmani conducts lectures and workshops on national and international platforms. As a visionary in the dental field, he is the Director of 28ACE Labs, and has developed the patient management software Dental Office Manager. Dr. Virmani is producing a documentary aimed at patient education and is a strong advocate for dental sealants, encapsulated in his memorable phrase: "Fight Cavities Away, Get Sealants Today!"

Chhaya Gupta is a dynamic leader renowned for her expertise in healthcare administration, strategic management, and community engagement. With an MBA in International Business Management, she has transformed healthcare delivery through innovative solutions, operational excellence, and technology integration. Her visionary leadership has driven impactful community health education programs, partnerships with non-profits, and outreach initiatives, improving access to preventive care and early diagnosis. As a champion of social responsibility, she has set benchmarks in advancing healthcare standards while fostering organizational effectiveness and community well-being. Chhaya's dedication continues to inspire excellence in healthcare management and social impact.
