Check Reports
Step 1 : In the ENTER I.D field, enter your 12 digit USERNAME on your report collection slip.
Step 2 : In PASSWORD field, enter your alphanumeric password mentioned on your report collection slip.
Step 3 : Click on GO to access the report.
Your reports will be available online for a period of 5 days from the date given on your report collection slip. After that, you can collect the report from your nearest STAR IMAGING centre.KINDLY TAKE NOTE
Online reports cannot be accessed in following cases:Partial or unpaid payments
Patients on credit basis
Corporate clients under Pre-employment check-up
Insurance clients
